We are announcing that Robert Walters has resigned from the presidency of the SAAA. The board members confirmed the election of Kaja Antlej as new President of the SAAA starting from 1 January 2017. Robert Walters will continue to serve as Vice-President.

Dear members,

As of 1 January 2017, Kaja Antlej has assumed the role of President of the association. I would like to thank all members for their contribution thus far, and look forward to continuing my work with the association to promote Australian/Slovenian research collaboration. It has been a pleasure to have met many Slovenes, and understand the extra ordinary work that people from across the community undertake to promote Slovenia and academic research.
